The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and De Luciano (also referred hereafter as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘alpacapaca’). When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and De Luciano for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s).
If you place your order online, your Paypal account will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. However, if you place your order by phone, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods only when your order is ready for despatch.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as is practical and refund your card within 7 days of so doing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within five working days of the order being accepted.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
You may ordinarily return any products within 21 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.
You may normally cancel this contract in writing within 14 days of receiving the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
If the products have already been despatched, you will be required to return the items as per our returns policy.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, debit card or direct debit via a paypal account.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, if you are ordering from inside the EU, are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
